Volunteer Opportunities

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers make things happen here at the Shasta Historical Society! The Society would not be able to accomplish half of what it sets out to do without them. Volunteers are involved in all aspects of the organization from front of house to behind the scenes. There are many choices, whatever your skills, whether you like to be front and center in the public eye or prefer the quiet solitude of collections work. Opportunities await anyone interested in being an active part of a community organization.

To apply, please click on the Volunteer Application below and complete it. Once completed, email it to shs@shastahistorical.org. A Society representative will contact you to schedule an interview. For more information, please call (530) 243-3720.

INTERNS

Internships are also available at the Shasta Historical Society.
